My Massage Treatment:
In my post-massage therapy presentation , I focus on the legs, arms, and back—areas most affected by physical activity. The goal is to help the body recover by easing muscle tension, reducing stiffness, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation.
I start with the legs, using smooth strokes to warm the muscles and improve blood flow. I focus on the quads, hamstrings, calves, and feet, using kneading and compression to reduce soreness and increase flexibility.
Then I move to the arms, working from the shoulders down to the hands. I use gentle stretching and pressure to release tightness in the biceps, triceps, and forearms, especially around the elbows and wrists.
Finally, I treat the back with deeper techniques to ease tension along the spine, lower back, and shoulders. This helps improve posture, relieve tightness, and leave the body feeling relaxed and balanced
I was educated at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2007
