Katarzyna Wiszniewska, Poland
Latest Massage Therapists participating at the 2026 World Massage Championship is Katarzyna Wiszniewska from Poland. The IMA has asked her to tell about herself:
My journey into massage began over 20 years ago when I graduated from Massage School, followed by studies in Physiotherapy. My first professional experience came through volunteering with the Neuromuscular Diseases Association and later during an internship working with children with disabilities.
After dedicating several years to my family, I returned to my true passion in 2023. Since then, I have continued to develop my skills through advanced training in Facial Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, and Oriental Massage.
I believe that true well-being comes from treating the whole person, not just the body. For me, physical tension is often connected with emotions, which is why my approach is holistic, combining knowledge, intuition, and compassionate touch.
I love working with my hands and continuously improving my techniques. This passion led me to win 1st Place in the Facial Massage category at the Polish Massage Championships, and today I am proud to represent Poland at the World Massage Championship in Copenhagen.
For me, massage is more than a profession—it is a way to help people restore balance, health, and inner harmony.
