Latest Massage Therapist to register the World Championship in Massage 2023 is Susan Le from USA. the International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:

Hello! My name is Sue and I am 29 years old and from the USA.

I have been practicing massage for 16 years and have been licensed for 6 years. I started my journey massaging in my mother’s nail salon, where I worked for her for 10 years. I learned how to massage clients’ hands and feet there. I loved the massage work but not always doing nails! Now I am the boss of my own practice called Massage By Sue LLC located in Kansas.

I have always been a helper and wanted to do something more to help the world. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and studied massage at https://www.spatech.edu/ in Ipswich, Ma. My first boss from the spa I worked at taught me how to use my forearms and elbows to massage and from then on, I have mastered that technique in my sessions.

My style is cumulative of Swedish, Deep Tissue Techniques, Lomi Lomi, Triggerpoint therapy, Stretching, and Reiki energy work. I work very intuitively and am always aware of my client’s energy, mood, and sensitivities each time I work on them. I always give 110% into my massages and believe that everybody deserves a massage.

Currently, I am a Master Reiki Practitioner as well as a Certified Ashiatsu Practitioner. I love learning and practicing new massage modalities and techniques. I continue to grow and learn each and every massage and enjoy building life-long connections with my clients.

The 2023 World Championship in Massage will be my first competition and I am excited to learn and make friendships with amazing therapists around the world.
