Based in Washington, D.C., I am a dedicated massage therapist with a holistic approach to bodywork. My practice caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from babies to geriatrics, though I have found the most significant impact and passion working with competitive athletes. My primary goal in the massage space is to enhance my clients’ range of motion, enabling them to fully realize their body’s potential and optimize their performance.

I specialize in sports massage and use a range of techniques, including acupressure, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, structural integration, and myofascial release. This combination allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, promoting recovery, overall well-being, and maximum efficiency.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with the Washington Rugby Club in Washington, D.C., as well as the top 3% of athletes at the CrossFit Games three years in a row. I have also been an integral part of the medical and recovery teams at CrossFit Semi-finals and events across the United States and worldwide, providing specialized therapy and support to elite teams and athletes.

My professional journey includes a robust educational background and extensive experience. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Cognitive Sciences and a B.A. in Music (Cello/Audio Technology) from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. I earned my Massage Therapy Certification from the American Massage and Bodywork Institute in Vienna, Virginia.
