The Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the 8th World Massage Championship 2025 in Copenhagen is Silvia Ghidoni from Italy. The International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:

Hello everyone,

I’m Silvia Ghidoni and I’m from Italy. I live in Rome and I’m the founder of my Studio and Training Massage School of Silvia Ghidoni.

I created my own massage technique: thai lomi. A fusion of two disciplines with the aim of creating a beneficial experience for body and mind. For six years I studied in various schools and specialized in different techniques. Italian massage training by Stefano De Michino, Anna baroni school, Elvira Gentile academy, Daniela Caracciuolo academy,

I studied palpatory anatomy with the osteopath and psychologist Dr. Risia Fiorentino. I obtained a master’s degree as a teacher trainer at treddd academy. Diploma as a teacher trainer at Evolution Academy. I started a training course with IMA academy: Jeppe Tengbjerg and Kinga Jenei.

2 years ago I took a thai yoga class with master Porntip Chueakam.

At the 8th world championship 2025, I will perform my massage on the ergonomic chair, using thai techniques, stretching, and bamboo therapy. muscle stimulation and relaxation, joint mobilization, lengthening. “cleaning the bones with wood” It will be an experience.
