Following a deep spiritual journey of my own, I was guided to massage school when I was 21 and it was exactly where I found my place in the world. I’ve worked for two Major League Soccer teams during my career and uphold my private practice today. I value myself as a moral and ethical practitioner, always upholding the spiritual journey I see in clients. My work with clients puts intuition and anatomical knowledge at the forefront of every session. I integrate various modalities into my bodywork such as Myofascial Release, Injury Massage, Deep Tissue, Quantum Massage, Acupressure, Reiki, Sports, shamanic practices, and breathwork. I specialize in Injury work, energy work, Craniosacral and I always love working with prenatal clientele. My clients and I do a lot of work around increasing self-awareness, individual intuition, and learning the voice of the body. We discuss every session self-care and spiritual, mental, emotional wellness. I’m no innovator of these practices though I am honored to be referred to as a trusted practitioner.

I graduated from UCMT (Utah College of Massage Therapy) in October 2013.

The International Massage World Championships (IMA) in Copenhagen was an extraordinary experience.
