Latest Massage Therapist participating at IMA’s 9th World Massage Championship is Katmanee Blum from Germany/Thailand. The International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:

My name is Katmanee Blum I am the Founder of WSK Thai Massage

After beginning my career in sales, I decided to study Thai massage in 2023 when my husband became seriously ill. I wanted to provide care for him and my family, and this decision transformed my life.

Since November 2023, I have trained intensively in massage and continuously developed my skills through international competition.

Achievements:

🥇 German Championship 2024 – 1st Place, Thai Massage

🥇 German Championship 2024 (Round 2) – 1st Place, Western/Inspirational Massage

🥇 Balkan Championship 2024 – 1st Place, Thai Massage

🥈 Balkan Championship 2024 (Round 2) – 2nd Place, Western/Inspirational Massage

🥈 Novi Sad Championship 2024 – 2nd Place, Thai Massage

🥈 Czech Massage Championship 2025 – 2nd Place, Thai Massage

🥇 Sibiu Romanian WMSC 2025 – 1st Place (Gold), Asian Massage

🥈 Overall Ranking – 2nd Place, representing Thailand 🇹🇭

For me, massage is not about fame — it is about understanding its true meaning. I continue to study, travel, and compete internationally to deepen both my knowledge and spirit as a therapist.

The International Massage Association look forward watching Katmanee Blum skills among the best of the best at the World Championship in Massage on July 3-5 in wonderful Copenhagen, Denmark.

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event.
