Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the 2026 World Massage Championship is Ubonrut Boromthongchum from Thailand. IMA has asked her to tell about herself:
My name is Ubonrut Boromthongchum. I am Thai and currently live in Germany. I graduated from Bangkok University and have been working as a professional massage therapist for 17 years.
I studied podiatry and graduated as a Kosmetikerin (beautician). Throughout my career, I have continued to study and develop my knowledge in all fields related to beauty, health, and wellness.
I am a trainer for Vitavidere and have participated in international massage competitions, including the World Massage Championship and European Massage Championship.
In April 2025, I achieved a Bronze Medal in Eastern Freestyle at the competitions in Spain and Romania. I also won a Bronze Medal in Thai Massage at the Belgian Thai Nuad Massage Championship.
I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in these international competitions and to continue sharing my passion, experience, and knowledge in the field of massage therapy.
