Latest Massage Therapist participating at the World Championship in massage on July 3-5 I Denmark is award winning Strîmbei Florin Sebastian from Romania. The International Massage Association has asked him to introduce himself:

My name is Sebastian, I am 25 years old, and I have nearly two years of experience in massage therapy, conscious touch, alternative therapies, breathwork, and sound healing.

I began this journey from within. Through working deeply with myself, I realized that I not only have the ability, but also a genuine calling to hold a supportive and safe space for others. In my sessions, personalized techniques blend harmoniously with a holistic approach and the imprint of my soul, facilitating a natural healing process for body, mind, and spirit.

Over time, I have obtained multiple certifications in various massage traditions and therapeutic approaches that I resonated with. I continuously refine and expand the experience I offer, so that I can respond intuitively and effectively to each person’s unique needs.

My practice includes Therapeutic Massage, Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Energetic Massage, and Holistic Chiropractic & Osteopathy techniques. I am especially drawn to stretching, fluid movement, and creating a natural flow throughout the session. For me, the connection between therapist and client is essential — as well as the subtle connection with the Divine that guides the process.

On a personal level, I am a free and open soul. I love traveling and experiencing life fully. I feel deeply connected to animals, people, and nature. Being an artistic spirit, I enjoy singing and dancing, reading, and constantly discovering new dimensions of myself and others — exploring the depths of the soul, psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and the unseen layers of existence.

Massage, for me, is not only a profession — it is a living art, a dialogue beyond words, and a sacred space for transformation.

I obtained my Massage Therapist certification and completed the Lomi Lomi training at BioFocus School in Bucharest. Acasa – Centrul Biofocus

I also completed my Thai Massage training at the Scoala de Terapii Thailandeze in Timișoara. Terapia Thai Timisoara

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.
During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.
The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.

Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event. His energy seemed boundless, akin to a rechargeable battery, as he was present everywhere, capturing videos and photographs of all participants and conducting interviews with us.

Wishing all my fellow "muscle kneaders" the best of luck; may you enjoy this truly remarkable experience in your lives!

I extend my gratitude to IMA for providing this extraordinary opportunity to showcase our talents to the world.

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.
Jeppe har ydet et kæmpe bidrag til at fremme massageværdier i Danmark og verden. Der kunne siges meget om dette bidrag og om hans egenskaber som professionel og som person. Måske allervigtigst er, at Jeppe Tengbjerg er en inspiration og et forbillede. Han samler flittigt viden og erfaringer, hvorfra han skaber en kilde til ny viden og erfaring til andre og giver den videre.

Jeg har taget både grunduddannelsen, skadesterapeut, thai yoga massage samt sundhedsfaglig grunduddannelse hos tengbjerg massørskole og jeg er så tilfreds. Man lærer utrolig meget på kurserne og underviserne er så kompetente! Hvis man overvejer at blive massør, kan jeg på det kraftigste anbefale at man smutter til Næstved! :-)
