Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the 7^th World Championship in Massage is Shijir Purevdorj from Mongolia. The International Massage Association has asked him to tell about himself:

I am Shijir (48) from Mongolia. For around 30 years I have been living in Germany. I had a diploma degree in business studies in Berlin and worked at the Deutsche Telekom for 21 years. Starting from trainee to the senior expert and project manager, I had many different roles and responsibilities. In last three years of my Telekom career, I worked as life-coach and helped many colleagues on their personal developments and changes.

In 2021/2022 I completed my comprehensive massage education at the “Paracelsus” (die Gesundheitsakademien) with 216 course-hours in Saarbrücken. The certification and final exam was conducted by the Professional Association WBG (Fachverband Wellness, Beaty und Gesundheit e.V.). July 2022 I got certified with “Geprüfter ganzheitlicher Massagepraktiker” WBG.

I love doing massage and it is something I truly can do with my sole and intuition. Although I spent many years in business world, I always have felt my unique talent and skills for massaging others. My hands always have some kind of energy and healing senses for massaging. Therefore doing massage is my calling.

From January to April 2023 I worked as massage therapist at the AIDA cruise. These three months at AIDA were very challenging time for me. Because at the cruise you work every day and there was no single “rest-day”. I managed to complete my three months job due to my personal commitment and my passion for massaging. Again, giving massage is something I can really do and love to do. Every time it was great to see, how my job was helping the guests body for relaxation and “healing” their sole/spirits.

I would like to present my own massage “Seelenmassage (English -> sole massage)” for the competition. It is my own free-styled massage with combination of other massages. It means my Seelenmassage includes some techniques from Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda and Classic/Swedish. But my massage is mainly designed by my own creative techniques and moves. It is a complex work with many puzzle pieces and building blocks. The effect of my massage on the customer is total relaxation, release, let-go-felling and feeling of “new-born” level.

It is a great honor to receive the NMC Overall Winner Award 2024, and I am truly grateful to have Jeppe present it to me.
