Sergey Levoshkin, Russia
The latest participant at the World Championship in Massage comes from Russia. The International Massage Association has asked him to write a few words about himself.
My name is Sergey Levoshkin. I’m from Saint Petersburg, Russia and is a professional massage therapist.
I studied with masters in Russia, France, Spain, Israel and Japan.
Japanese technicians are most interested, so in my practice I give them more preferences.
Practical experience and constant training help me to combine the best techniques and techniques of massage therapists with whom I met on my way. The result is a serious theoretical and practical base, as well as its own massage techniques, which are imbued with the massage philosophy and skills of masters from different schools.
I became interested in East in my youth. These were films, books and martial arts. Then I could not even imagine that these were the first steps in my long journey.
The first massage practice began in 2011.
Then I was looking for simple, but “working” technology.
Techniques of Japanese massage attracted me with their beauty, shape and practicality.
I went to Japan to learn the ancient and authentic techniques of working with the body and face in 2014.
I work with Eastern and European massage techniques: musculo-fascial, sculptural and point.
At the championship, I will introduce Japanese facial massage (Massage categories: Free style massage (Eastern inspired) and Japanese foot massage (Massage categories: Free style massage (Eastern inspired) or Asian massage).
The International Massage Association look forward watching Sergey Levoshkin skills at the World Championship in Massage 2019 in Copenhagen.
