My name is Eleftherios {lefti}, and I am a Holistic Therapist, Thai Masseur, and Reflexologist with more than 13 years of experience in the field of healing and wellness.

From a very young age, I felt that touch and the power of the hands could offer relief, balance, and genuine care to people — and I always knew that this was the path I wanted to follow in my life.

This experience deeply shaped my philosophy and the way I approach the body and healing.

After completing my studies in Thailand, I completed my practical training in a physiotherapy clinic in New York and in Athens , continued my professional journey in London, after that for six years I have been working in Berlin in several 5 star hotels . And the last 2 years I settle down in New Soul massage studio were I can create a safe space and personal connection with the quest

Through my journey, I developed my own therapeutic style based on each person’s individual needs, combining different techniques with a focus on Trigger Point Therapy — my favorite method for relieving pain while promoting deep relaxation and balance.

My goal in every session is not only to help the body feel better, but also to create a meaningful connection with each guest, helping them better understand their body, posture, and the daily habits that affect their health and wellbeing.

I am truly happy and excited to participate in the World Championship in Massage 2026 in Copenhagen, representing Germany, thanks to the trust and opportunity given to me by the studio “New Soul.” I look forward to presenting my work and philosophy, meeting top professionals from around the world, and continuing to grow through this unique experience.

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.
During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.
The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.

Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event. His energy seemed boundless, akin to a rechargeable battery, as he was present everywhere, capturing videos and photographs of all participants and conducting interviews with us.

Wishing all my fellow "muscle kneaders" the best of luck; may you enjoy this truly remarkable experience in your lives!

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.
