Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the World Championship in Massage is Aleksandra Poprawska from Poland. The IMA has asked her to tell about herself:

My name is Aleksandra Poprawska. I come from Poland.

Massage is my passion and a way of working with the body’s energy. The main goal of my therapies is for each client to leave feeling cared for, deeply relaxed, and with a calm nervous system — all while achieving beautiful visual results.

Together with my mom, I run Krok ku Zdrowiu in Rzeszów, where we take a holistic approach to every client. In our work, we combine physiotherapeutic, medical, and aesthetic techniques to support both well-being and natural beauty.

I specialize in both manual and device-assisted therapies, using innovative technologies that support the skin’s natural regenerative processes and help slow down the signs of aging. I continuously expand my qualifications by attending professional trainings and industry conferences to provide the most effective yet safe solutions.

This year marked my professional debut in massage competitions, where I was honored to receive the title of Vice-Champion of Poland in Facial Massage. At the World Championship in Massage I will show:

Mioplastic massage – combines deep myofascial techniques with relaxation and soothing the nervous system
Sensory Spa Ritual – focuses on providing many didferent stimul using tool and deep relaxation

I was educated at Celsus Massage & Therapy Academy and Manualistic Aesthetic School

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.
During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.
The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.

Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event. His energy seemed boundless, akin to a rechargeable battery, as he was present everywhere, capturing videos and photographs of all participants and conducting interviews with us.

Wishing all my fellow "muscle kneaders" the best of luck; may you enjoy this truly remarkable experience in your lives!

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.
