Latest Massage Therapist signing up for for IMA’s 7th World Championship in Massage 2024 Pauline Lemaire from France. The International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:

Hi, My name is Pauline Lemaire, passionate massotherapist and I’m honored to participate and represent France at the Massage World Championship in Copenhagen.

I have always been fascinated by the power of touch and the ability of massage to relieve physical pain, calm the spirits and promote wellness. Since I was 18, I have studied this ancient art through experiences in emblematic places around the world. I have had the chance to train in several countries such as Tahiti, Bali, India, Morocco… Each of these places have a unique culture and tradition in terms of massage, which allowed me to learn different technics and approaches.

As a result of my experiences throughout the world, I founded my school of massage therapy in Toulon in the south east coast of France. I live my passion everyday by transmitting my love for massage and healing to each of my students.

My vision of massage is that of an inner experience, where every movement, every pressure and every gesture is performed with deep intention and big sensitivity to the unique needs of each person I touch.

For me massage is a form of artistic expression, a means of communicating with the body and mind of my clients, to offer them a moment of deep relaxation and healing.
