Latest Massage Therapist to sign up for the World Championship in Massage 2022 is Noriko Sakamaki from USA. IMA has asked her to tell about herself:

Hello, my name is Noriko Sakamaki.

I have been working in spas and salons in the USA since I became a licensed massage therapist in 2006 and esthetician in 2007.

I am currently working in a beautiful five star hotel in Manhattan, New York.

Working in a foreign country has been a bit challenging for me, but I have many wonderful people and experiences with my massage.

Inspired by the oldest face massage in Japan, I created my own face massage.

Some clients said,

“It’s like a butterfly dancing on my face”

I named it Dancing Butterfly Face Massage.

In 2018, I also became an educator of facial for cancer patients.

And this year, I became a certified health coach.

I will continue to support as many as possible to smile through my hands, knowledges and experiences.

I am great full that I, am immigrant with nothing, am able to live a rich life through my massage, and I will continue to do my best.

I graduated from Ashmead College

It is a great honor to receive the NMC Overall Winner Award 2024, and I am truly grateful to have Jeppe present it to me.
