Hello, I’m Ivory Sanders, and First, I would like to say I’m ecstatic to be competing in the International Massage Associations: World Championship in Massage 2022, representing the USA. I am a Free-spirited, colorful, and radiantly vibrant massage therapist and health and wellness mindfulness coach that finds complete joy in helping others.

I am an alumnus of South Carolina’s Greenville Technical College Massage Therapy program. (Massage Therapy Program | Greenville Technical College (gvltec.edu)) I incorporate MINDFULNESS to educate, encourage, and empower men and women on the importance of being present in the moment through a customized hands-on rhythmic therapeutic flow at Focus & Relax Therapeutic Massage.

Since 2014 I’ve helped many active lifestyle clients with pain management, stretches, headache/migraines, sinus pressure relief, and self-care tips. My rhythmic therapeutic flow is an integration of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology techniques. Through education and hands-on healing, our clients understand the significance of self-care, balance, and SELF WORTH and become more Vibrant, Healthy, and Free.
