Gohar Sargsyan, Italy
Latest Massage Therapist participating at the 2026 World Massage Championship in Copenhagen is Gohar Sargsyan from Italy. The IMA has asked her to tell about herself:
My name is Gohar, and for more than 18 years I have dedicated my professional life to the art of massage and wellness. I studied at Dr. Fabrizi’s Academy in Pisa, Italy, and throughout my career I have developed expertise in a variety of massage techniques, including Western massage, spa therapies, and Thai massage.
For this competition, in the Western Free Style category, I am presenting an original treatment that combines the knowledge and skills I have acquired over the years. My technique integrates elements from different disciplines to create a harmonious and complete experience.
This treatment is designed to promote deep relaxation, release muscular tension, and support the natural balance between body and mind. Every movement is performed with care, sensitivity, and awareness, respecting the individual needs of the client and the natural flow of the treatment.
My philosophy is based on the belief that massage is not only a technique, but also a form of communication capable of conveying well-being, harmony, and positive energy. Through this presentation, I would like to share my passion, my experience, and my vision of massage as a tool for care, balance, and connection.
The International Massage Association look forward watching Gohar Sargsyan skills at the World Championship in massage on July 3-5 in wonderful Copenhagen.
