Latest Massage Therapist participating at the 9th World Championship in Massage on July 3-5 2026 is Award winning Dominik Hora from Czech Republic. The IMA has asked him to tell about himself:

My name is Dominik Hora and I am from the Czech Republic. I am representing the Czechoslovak team.

In 2012 I completed a basic sports massage course in Olomouc. Since then, I have taken several courses in Hawaiian, Thai, Chinese and reflexology massage — all of them studied within the Czech Republic. That’s why I am really looking forward to gaining new experience at the World Championship in Denmark.

What I absolutely love about this profession is that every year I can be a better therapist than I was the year before. I’m very excited to be in the company of the best massage therapists from all around the world.

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event.
