Latest Massage Therapist participating at the World Massage Championship is Tasiana Klimek from Poland. The International Massage Association. Has asked her to introduce herself:

My name is Tasiana Klimek, and I am representing Poland at the World Massage Championships, where I am proud to present my original body‑shaping and slimming technique called Fit Massage. The foundation of this method is isometric massage, a Polish technique that I aim to showcase on the international stage.

My massage consists of several complementary components:

Lymphatic drainage – helps remove excess interstitial fluid, accelerates metabolism, and supports the reduction of adipose tissue.

Fascial work – improper alignment of collagen fibers can contribute to cellulite formation, so fascial techniques help improve skin structure.

Muscle strengthening – during weight loss, we lose muscle tissue first and fat tissue later. To keep the body firm, sculpted, and well‑defined, I incorporate isometric elements, meaning massage performed on tensed muscles. It works like a strengthening workout, shaping the silhouette.

Additionally, the mechanical stimulation of the skin during the massage improves blood circulation, firms the skin, and boosts collagen production, resulting in visible aesthetic benefits.

I graduated from the Higher School of Vocational Education with a specialization in physiotherapy and massage, as well as from Cosinus College as a cosmetic services technician. I also hold a degree in health‑oriented physical culture.

For many years, I have worked not only as a massage therapist but also as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I combined all these professional skills into one comprehensive and effective massage technique, which I am honored to present to you.

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.
During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.
The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.

Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event. His energy seemed boundless, akin to a rechargeable battery, as he was present everywhere, capturing videos and photographs of all participants and conducting interviews with us.

Wishing all my fellow "muscle kneaders" the best of luck; may you enjoy this truly remarkable experience in your lives!

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.
Jeppe har ydet et kæmpe bidrag til at fremme massageværdier i Danmark og verden. Der kunne siges meget om dette bidrag og om hans egenskaber som professionel og som person. Måske allervigtigst er, at Jeppe Tengbjerg er en inspiration og et forbillede. Han samler flittigt viden og erfaringer, hvorfra han skaber en kilde til ny viden og erfaring til andre og giver den videre.
