Susan Chalker began practicing in 1995 after completing the Baltimore School of Massage program. She also has a BS in Biology with Psychology and has learned many different modalities through continuing education classes over the years. She has found that learning to relax the body AND the mind are both worthy goals that help us function more optimally in all areas of our lives. Her approach is gentle, but can be deep, using a variety of techniques to help the muscle tissues relax and the mind to let go. Her intention is to help people feel better physically and thus mentally/emotionally/spiritually. No one part of us is totally separate from the other parts.

Susan uses a combination of techniques for an individualized session to meet your needs and preferences. One session can include a number of modalities, (typically some lomi lomi, hot stones, deep tissue, craniosacral, Thai, Swedish and Healing Sound!)

She graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 1995.

The International Massage World Championships (IMA) in Copenhagen was an extraordinary experience.
