Rimantas Bruzbartas, Norway
Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the World Championship in Massage is Rimantas Bruzbartas from Norway. The IMA has asked him to tell about himself:
I’m a certified massage therapist with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and find balance. My approach blends technical skill with intuitive touch to create treatments that release tension, support recovery, and bring the nervous system back to a state of calm.
Each person’s body tells a unique story, and I listen carefully, tailoring every session to meet your individual needs and help you return to a state of deep relaxation.
My previous experience as a personal trainer has shaped my approach in a unique way, giving me a deeper understanding of tension patterns, human movement, and the body’s functionality. This knowledge allows me to identify the root causes of discomfort and provide more effective treatment.
As a yoga teacher, I also integrate breathwork and mindfulness into my practice. These elements complement massage beautifully, helping clients not only feel better physically but also reset mentally and emotionally.
My goal is to create a calm, restorative space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s more important than ever to take the time to come home to your body.
