Latest massage therapist to sign up for the World Championship in Massage 2022 is Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung from Vietnam. IMA has asked her to tell about herself.

My name is Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, I’m from Vietnam.

Previously, I had studied nursing secondary school, worked at a musculoskeletal clinic. After working for a while, I realized that if I have money without health, life has no meaning and how to best take care of my health for myself, my family and society. That’s why I researched about this profession and looked for teachers in this field and I found Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Anh with courses at College of Technology 2.

Besides, I also looked to other teachers in the field of oriental medicine to learn more about the health care field of schools I had attended such as: DAI VIET HIGH SCHOOL, VIEN DONG COLLEGE

Now, I have registered to participate in the World Championship in Massage with the desire to learn and exchange more with teachers around the world about this industry.

Currently I am working at VIETNAM SPA TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.Jeppe har ydet et kæmpe bidrag til at fremme massageværdier i Danmark og verden. Der kunne siges meget om dette bidrag og om hans egenskaber som professionel og som person. Måske allervigtigst er, at Jeppe Tengbjerg er en inspiration og et forbillede. Jeg har taget både grunduddannelsen, skadesterapeut, thai yoga massage samt sundhedsfaglig grunduddannelse hos tengbjerg massørskole og jeg er så tilfreds. Man lærer utrolig meget på kurserne og underviserne er så kompetente! Hvis man overvejer at blive massør, kan jeg på det kraftigste anbefale at man smutter til Næstved! :-)
