Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the World Championship in Massage 2024 is Malek “Sammy” Souhail from Germany. The International Massage Association has asked him to tell about himself:

“My name is Samuel and I originally come from Tunisia. I represent Germany as I have been living there with my wife and two children for a long time. I have been massaging my family and friends since my early childhood. It all started with foot massages for my grandma. For years, I worked in various hotels in Tunisia, Djerba, and Turkey. Since 2018, I have been running my own massage company in Germany. I am a highly qualified and trained massage therapist and strive to constantly improve and develop myself.”

I obtained my degree as a massage therapist at the Paracelsus School in Stuttgart. (www.paracelsus.de)

My technique stems from years of experience and is always evolving, as my goal is to continuously develop and perfect my unique style. It consists of a combination of various hand and forearm techniques. In addition, I use self-designed massage tools made of ropes with differently sized balls, which simultaneously stretch and massage.

I will participate in the Free Style Massage (Western inspired) competition in 2024. This competition is the perfect platform for me to showcase my unique technique. I aim to gain experience and learn new things through this opportunity. I am excited to engage with other participants and exchange ideas. It is a great honor to receive the NMC Overall Winner Award 2024, and I am truly grateful to have Jeppe present it to me. The International Massage World Championships (IMA) in Copenhagen was an extraordinary experience.
