I’ve been a practitioner/instructor of Massage, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Partner Acrobatics, Aquatic Bodywork and Therapeutic Sound Meditation for over 22 years. I hold two State massage licenses in both Georgia and Florida.

I am Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I was the first to practice “Ashiatsu Deep Feet Bar Therapy” in Atlanta and the first “Master Trainer” of Lypossage (all natural body contouring) in Georgia. I hold certification in Therapeutic Sound through the International Sound Therapy Association and a certification in Integrative Thanatology through the Art of Dying Institute.

My massage profession was a career change for me from the Health and Fitness Industry. I have a background in competitive Fitness, Triathlons, Adventure Racing, Orienteering, Yoga and Aerial Acrobatic Performance of Aerial Silks and Acrobatic Yoga. I represented the State of Georgia in 3 US Yoga Asana Championships. I also trained as a qualified Coach and Judge under the official guidelines of the USA Yoga Federation.

As a participant in the 2022 IMA Championships online division the category of freestyle massage (Eastern Inspired), I will introduce you to my creation which blends a combination of various massage techniques, suspended and grounded movements and sound meditation. Can you recall when you first experienced sound and touch? This journey / experience is designed to guide my client into a safe cocoon-like sensory state of suspension utilizing aerial fabrics. Physiologically this can accelerate one’s ability to more quickly drop into the parasympathetic nervous system. Vibrational sound healing tools are used both on and off the body to assist in entering into collaborative meditation. The experience concludes with a grounding massage that returns the client to the world refreshed and renewed.
