Kornelia Dziubacka, Poland
Latest Massage Therapist signing up for th 8th World Championship in Massage is Kornelia Dziubacka from Poland. The International Massage Association has asked her to introduce herself:
My name is Kornelia Dziubacka, 43 years old from Poland. Currently the most awarded massage therapist in Poland.
I create, I teach, I help.
You can see it here: https://youtu.be/aHT2F4FVU6s
I am a manual therapist, massage therapist, and a woman who has been working with the human body for over two decades—with passion and mindfulness.
I am the creator of the Ashi-Kimi ™ method—a massage technique that combines Ashiatsu (barefoot massage) and traditional Thai massage.
“Ashi” means “foot” in Japanese—because it’s a foot-based massage.
“Kimi” means “you”—the person I am treating, but it also represents me, the therapist—who cares about ergonomics and my own health so that I can continue to help others effectively.
The foundation and philosophy of this method is ergonomics, mindfulness, and an individualized approach, making it an integrative massage.
As a medical trainer, active fitness instructor, and educator, I combine years of hands-on experience with a strong academic background.
I have completed a Master’s degree in Wroclaw University of Health and Sport Sciences https://awf.wroc.pl/?lang=en and a two-year medical massage school https://teb.pl/kierunki/d/technik-masazysta-z-elementami-fizjoterapii/ , and have participated in numerous specialized courses in manual therapy, Eastern techniques, and facial massages.
I have also taught at a university level—including in psychodietetics—and led courses for future personal trainers, covering subjects such as: stretching theory, psychology of change, and psychodietetics.

I am currently seeking a university and an academic professor to supervise my planned doctoral research on Ashiatsu foot massage and the ergonomics of manual therapy work.
I believe that in massage—just like in any field involving the body—we can work smarter, more effectively, and with greater respect for the therapist’s health.
My aim is to scientifically demonstrate that foot-based massage is not an eccentric or misunderstood practice (nor a fetish), but rather a legitimate, safe, and effective therapeutic method that, when applied correctly, can benefit both the client and the therapist.
My goal is not only to advance academic knowledge and systematize the principles of foot-based massage, but also to inspire current and future massage therapists and physiotherapists to work in a way that is more ergonomic, sustainable, and mindful.
Too many of them face early health problems caused by overuse injuries and poor working techniques.
Through my research, I want to show that it is possible to work with the body—not against it. For the well-being of the patient. And for the long-term health of the therapist.
