Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the 7th World Championship in Massage is Klaudia Zbyryt from Poland who was awarded at the Polish Massage Championship 2024. The International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:

“Hi, my name is Klaudia!

I come from Poland, from beautiful Zamość, which we call Padua of the North. I live in Lublin and for the last half a year I have been realizing one of my dreams – I started a business and am creating my own massage space.

I have had my first massage license for 9 years but I have been interested in touch and massage since I was very young. By education I am a Master of Physiotherapy (Wincenty Pol Academy of Applied Sciences in Lublin, https://www.akademia-pol.edu.pl/) and a massage technician (Stanisław Liebhart Post-secondary School – Medical Vocational School, https://msz.lublin.pl/).

My life has undergone intense transformation since experiencing depression (2021/2022). It was a time when I learned how little space there is in society to listen, understand and accept people in such a difficult time. This is where the first change was born – my own psychotherapeutic process and learning non-violent communication techniques (NVC) developed by Marshall Rosenberg. The next change was to verify my beliefs and rediscover myself.

The result of my internal changes is the creation of a space (which I call the Massage Family) full of warmth, comfort and listening. I enriched it with my passion for nature and Ayurvedic medicine, which is why my massages are seasonal treatments performed with ecological, natural cosmetics.

I want to give people something more than relaxation and a good massage. I want to be support and testimony that it is worth following your dreams and living true to yourself.”
