Latest participant to sign up for the World Championship in Massage is Kim Young-sik from South Korea. The International Massage association has asked him to tell about himself:

Hello, I am Kim Young-sik, who registered for the second time at the 2022 World Massage Championships.

I entered physical education Middle, high school and colleges and belonged to a weight-lifting professional team.

Although I retired due to injury, I have been working as a massage therapist for 13 years since then, and has operated a wellness center in Daejeon, Korea, providing sports, sports massage, and chair massage.

In 2019, the first participant, I went to Denmark without knowing anything.

At that time, everything was unfamiliar to me, but thinking about it now, the experience at that time is really valuable and precious to me

Last year and this year, I couldn’t participate due to COVID-19, but I’ll surely participate in the 2022 competition, and I’d like to show my performance that I couldn’t show in 2019.

The International Massage World Championships (IMA) in Copenhagen was an extraordinary experience.
