The latest participant at the World Championship in Massage 2019 is Hinnarangolla Nayawaththage Pathmasiri ”Bandara” from UK. IMA has asked him to tell about himself.
I have been in the spa industry nearly 10 years, I am originally from Sri Lanka currently working in one of the most popular 5star hotel in England as a treatment COORDINATOR at whatley manor hotel and spa, I have always worked in 5 star spas here in the UK, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
My ame to continue my career as therapist as long as I can and helping people live happily and stress free.
I come from very traditional Buddhist family, and I was a Buddhist monk for two years, i have learned power of healing hand and heart witch is help me easily provide my therapy help other to understand and feel how powerful other person touch.
I have graduated (NVQ LEVEL 4) hair beaty and body training in Sri Lanka 2010 (www.tvec.gov.lk)
Also I have done many more tranings, such as traditional thai massage in (Thailand)/ holistic therapy as well as ayurveda therapy.
