I am Gerda and since childhood I have been surrounded by love for a healthy lifestyle, nature, exercise and well-being. I grew up in the family of a judo coach and a doctor. So, from a young age I learned to know my own and others’ bodies, physical and spiritual harmony. This is how my desire to work with people and help them heal their bodies with various methods: exercise, meditation, massage, education. In 2014, I defended my master’s degree in rehabilitation,in Lithuanian Sports University which opened the way to my dream profession. I had the opportunity to do an internship in Vietnam and learn the subtleties of oriental massage. Over the years, I participated in various trainings and did many internships.

I work in the field of massage, I am a trainer of post-traumatic exercises. I run Nirvana Fitness training. I organize wellness camps “Sveikas stuburas” and I am a beginner teacher of massage discipline at Alytus College and an instructor of private massage training.

The massages I perform are of a different nature: corrective, modeling; sports; facial myoplasty, stretching, for deep tissues; with elements of Japanese massage – shiatsu.

Everything I do: exercises, massages and training with me is done with love. And work done with dedication is the most effective! I am happy to be able to help solve the problems of my clients, it gives meaning to my being and brightens up everyday life.2)
