Felipe Luz, Spain
Latest Massage Therapist participating at the 8th World Championship in Massage is Felipe Luz from Spain.
Felipe Luz is a massage therapist and teacher based in Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain, where he runs his own massage, stretching, and training center. His work is guided by a genuine desire to help others find relief, balance, and ease in their bodies. Felipe approaches each session with kindness and attentiveness, believing that every person’s needs are unique and deserving of a tailored, respectful touch.
As a teacher, his goal is to help other therapists improve their body mechanics and ergonomics, work without pain, and become the best version of themselves, while also delivering exceptional care and service to their clients.
Felipe’s signature method, Wùo Taï Fusion, brings together elements of osteopathy, traditional Thai massage, deep tissue work, stretching, aromatherapy, and other modalities. Each session is a seamless flow of techniques, intuitively adapted for either deep tension relief or profound relaxation. By honoring the rhythm of the client’s body and breath, Felipe creates space for both physical release and emotional calm, never forcing, always listening.
Felipe began his career as a personal fitness trainer, working in luxury spas aboard international cruise ships. While at sea in 2018, a life-changing event sparked a shift in his path, and he fully dedicated himself to massage therapy. He has never looked back.
His training includes studies in his homeland of Brazil at Instituto Blanch Marie Spa Urbano (http://www.blanchmarie.com.br), and in Thailand at several esteemed institutions including Punya House, under Master Suriyan Punyafoo (https://www.facebook.com/suriyan.punyafoo), ITM Thai Massage School (https://www.itmthaimassage.com), and ONG’s Thai Massage School (https://www.ongs-thaimassageschool.com).
