Latest Massage therapist to sign up for the World Championship in Massage is from France. The IMA has asked her to tell about herself:
My name is Carole Condamine and I Live in the South of France. My professional background began in the marketing world. I used to work in a card making and stationery company as a product marketing manager.
It lasted for few years and in 2006, I realized that i wanted to work for myself and explore something else. I wanted to find a job that i’m passionate about. As i’m a tactile person i started to learn different kinds of massages and energetic work from masters in different countries such as Thailand, Bali, India and France. I also resumed studies to become a beauty practitioner. I had finally found my path !!! I thought i was complete and, i unexpectedly encounter the water work with two different aquatic bodywork techniques (Watsu and Healing Dance). It has been a true revelation. My first encounter with aquatic bodywork was with Watsu in 2008 leading to becoming a practitioner in 2013. Soon after i discovered Healing Dance and became a practitioner in 2019 and a Healing Dance teacher in 2021.
I own a Day Spa in the south of France in a little village where I work by myself.
It allow me to be fully dedicated to my clients. Most of the time I perform tailored massages. I’m in love with my job and my main priority is to answer the needs of my clients beyond their expectations. I have a lot of loyal clients which gives me the opportunity to get to know them better and better along the way and always propose them the appropriate treatment.
In 2021 I won the first prize at the Beauty Forum contest for the south of France area.
