Antoine Carlotti, France
Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the World Massage Championship in Denmark is Antoine Carlotti from France. The IMA has asked him to introduce himself:
My name is Antoine Carlotti, a French Sports Massage Therapist based in Nice, on the French Riviera.
I started my massage journey in 2022 and quickly specialized in sports recovery, working with athletes from various disciplines including rugby, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, triathlon, CrossFit, swimming, and other endurance sports.
My approach combines sports massage techniques, myofascial work, mobility-focused methods, and recovery strategies to help athletes perform at their best while reducing the risk of injury. I strongly believe that recovery is a key component of performance and that massage should be integrated into a holistic approach including movement, hydration, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
Alongside my professional practice, I regularly support athletes during competitions and sporting events and continuously develop new recovery protocols inspired by the needs of high-level performers.
I am proud to represent France at the World Championship in Massage 2026 and to share my passion with the international massage community.
I graduated as a massage therapist from:
- Temana Academy (France) – Massage Therapist Training
https://www.temana.fr - Learned a lot through trainings and workshops (Nadine Stark-Chognon, Jacques Humpich-Poullard, Déhlia Lapeyrie …) as I always say I learned the basics with Temana and upgraded my skills with great therapists 😊 and I keep learning each and every day
