A Passion for Holistic Wellness and Therapeutic Excellence

For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my career as a holistic massage therapist to helping people achieve lasting well-being through a personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive approach to care.

My specialties include chronic pain management, fibromyalgia, stress reduction, and physical recovery. Throughout my professional journey, I have integrated a wide range of therapeutic modalities into my practice, including advanced massage therapy, reflexology, therapeutic hypnosis, myofascial and neurosensory techniques, as well as numerous complementary methods acquired through extensive specialized training.

I practice in several regions across Quebec, Canada, and work with a diverse clientele ranging from athletes to individuals living with chronic health conditions. My goal remains the same with every client: to help restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.

Since 2022, I have proudly represented Canada in international massage competitions. My journey has taken me to Athens, Copenhagen, Rome, Paris, and Mexico, where I have had the privilege of learning from outstanding therapists from around the world. Each championship provides a unique opportunity to refine my skills, share my expertise, and contribute to the advancement of the massage therapy profession on a global scale.

Beyond competition, I am deeply committed to raising awareness about fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and holistic wellness. Through lectures, projects, and community initiatives, I strive to promote a greater understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with invisible illnesses.

To me, massage therapy is far more than a technique. It is an art of touch, a meaningful human connection, and a powerful therapeutic tool that helps people rediscover comfort, hope, and a better quality of life.

Continuing education has always been a cornerstone of my professional development. Over the years, I have completed extensive training in therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue therapy, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, Lomi Lomi massage, reflexology, cupping therapy, neuroproprioceptive taping, Gua Sha and IASTM techniques, moxibustion, aromatherapy, therapeutic hypnosis, advanced anatomy, and many other complementary approaches.

Participating in the World Massage Championship represents far more than a professional challenge. It is an opportunity to proudly represent Canada, honor the trust my clients place in me, continue learning from some of the world’s finest therapists, and promote a human-centered, respectful, and innovative approach to massage therapy.

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.
During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.
The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.

Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event. His energy seemed boundless, akin to a rechargeable battery, as he was present everywhere, capturing videos and photographs of all participants and conducting interviews with us.

Wishing all my fellow "muscle kneaders" the best of luck; may you enjoy this truly remarkable experience in your lives!

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.
