With 20 years of experience as a holistic massage therapist, I have specialized in pain management and supporting individuals living with chronic pain. Through my expertise and continuous development, I have integrated a wide variety of techniques acquired and refined over time, including therapeutic hypnosis, reflexology, and energetic approaches. My goal is to provide personalized treatments tailored to the specific needs of each client.

I practice in three distinct locations: Québec City (Québec), Laurier-Station (Lotbinière), and St-Honoré-de-Shenley (Beauce). This allows me to serve a diverse clientele and adapt my treatments to various conditions and personal objectives.

Dedicated to the evolution of massage therapy, I have been participating in Massage Therapy Championships in Canada since 2022 and in international championships since 2023. These competitions have taken me to Athens, Copenhagen, Rome, and Paris, where I have had the opportunity to learn, exchange knowledge, and push my limits alongside therapists from around the world.

For me, massage therapy is more than just a profession—it is an art and a profound form of care that helps people in pain regain balance and improve their quality of life. These championships offer a unique opportunity to represent Canada, refine my skills, and share my passion with a global community of dedicated therapists.

I had the honor of participating in the 7th Massage Competition held in Copenhagen, Denmark, last June about 250 over participants from 50 over countries.During this event, I encountered numerous massage therapists who profoundly inspired me till now, we made connectionson social media, learning new techniques from them as well.The competition venue was expansive and expertly designed to accommodate all categories of massage.Mr. Jeppe, my greatest idol, was exceptionally engaged throughout the event.
