In 2018, I started learning professional massage courses called Rolfing. What separates traditional Eastern style massage is the comprehensive application and knowledge of the human anatomy in all its systems. It’s an integrative approach of dealing with human body fatigue . This is why I began to expand my curiosity in the professional field of massage. The first time I came into contact with the special massage modality was Rolfing. In 2021, I started taking classes at massage school to become a LMT and learned professional massage techniques from highly qualified massage teachers. The massage techniques I focus on are Eastern freestyle massage, Western freestyle massage, Thai traditional massage, Chinese massage, Lumi Lumi massage, and Swedish massage. I integrate each muscle group starting superficially with fascia and continue to deep tissue massage. My innovative approach to the body showcases my unique style using each modality. In my 5 year career – this approach to muscles and fascia has proven to allow the body to reach a state of complete relaxation and release of tension, including the memory of the functional tissue itself, so that the body receives a new healthy and functional state and achieves the best effect after a full body integration massage.

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017. Siden da har vi krydset veje mange gange, i forskellige samarbejder relateret til massageverdenen: internationale konkurrencer, danske konkurrencer, kurser, workshops, seminarer, masterclasses mv. . Her var Jeppe skaberen, arrangøren eller i det mindste var han en væsentlig faktor i dannelsen af disse værdifulde platforme for uddannelse, inspiration og promovering, for alle dem, der er involveret i massageverdenen, både som massageudbydere og som massageforbrugere.Jeppe har ydet et kæmpe bidrag til at fremme massageværdier i Danmark og verden. Der kunne siges meget om dette bidrag og om hans egenskaber som professionel og som person. Måske allervigtigst er, at Jeppe Tengbjerg er en inspiration og et forbillede. Jeg har taget både grunduddannelsen, skadesterapeut, thai yoga massage samt sundhedsfaglig grunduddannelse hos tengbjerg massørskole og jeg er så tilfreds. Man lærer utrolig meget på kurserne og underviserne er så kompetente! Hvis man overvejer at blive massør, kan jeg på det kraftigste anbefale at man smutter til Næstved! :-)
