Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach wellness not only from a physical perspective but also through the lens of emotional, educational, and social well-being.
Ala graduated with a degree in Latin and Ancient Greek in Timisoara, Romania, a foundation that strengthened her appreciation for classical knowledge, human development, and the historical roots of healing practices. Today, she leads ARGO Therapy and Education Center, where she integrates therapeutic services with educational programs designed to improve quality of life for both children and adults.
Her professional development in bodywork includes training in Therapeutic Massage at Reflexovital Academy Romania and Spa School Therapy in Chișinău. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Ala actively explores the integration of multiple therapeutic approaches, including Craniosacral Therapy, manual techniques, relaxation therapies, and movement-based interventions. Her philosophy is centered on treating the individual as a whole, recognizing the deep connection between body, mind, and emotions.
Ala has already represented her profession at both the Moldovan and Romanian Massage Championships and has participated in an international massage camp in Romania, where she exchanged knowledge and experience with therapists from different countries. These experiences have strengthened her technical skills while inspiring her to refine her own therapeutic style.
For this international competition, Ala presents a Wellness Massage treatment that combines flowing forearm techniques with carefully applied stretching movements. The treatment is designed to induce deep relaxation, reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and create a harmonious balance throughout the body. Through the use of forearms, she delivers broad, nurturing contact that allows for smooth transitions, enhanced comfort, and a profoundly calming experience.
Her work reflects a commitment to excellence, compassion, and lifelong professional development. By combining evidence-based techniques with holistic principles, Ala seeks to demonstrate the transformative power of wellness massage in supporting relaxation, resilience, and overall health.
