Latest participant at the World Championship in Massage 2022 in Copenhagen is Sara Toci from Italy. She is one of the Pioneers who participated online at the World Championship in Massage 2021. IMA has asked her to tell about herself:
Hi I am SARA TOCI born in Florence on 04/22/1980 and for over 20 years I deal with Wellness, Massage, Aesthetics and Ayurveda. I started working in a large SPA as a masseuse and then continued my studies in Ayurvedic Academies until today. In 1999 I started ACCADEMIA DIBI in Bergamo, then in 2010 I continued my studies at LAKSHMI ACADEMY in Verona where I also became Trainer and at the METODO BENESSERE school in Riva del Garda. In 2005 I opened my first institute growing up to open the third in 2018. I have always combined my work with Certified Natural Cosmetics to guarantee greater affinity with the skin, giving immediate and lasting results. To date, I create hundreds of beauticians throughout Italy.

MY MASSAGE is called:
AWAKENING OF THE SOUL
Born to achieve well-being and to rebalance the physical and spiritual planes, as well as to drain and help reduce cellulite and excess fluid stagnation. Crafts inspired by Ayurvedic Philosophy, Plantar Reflexology and Psychosomatics. Thanks to the mixture of Vegetable Oils and Essential Oils, the hands create windings on the body to facilitate lymphatic drainage and decontracting frictions to eliminate muscular tension. The main object of the massage is the use of a silk scarf known for its protective properties when the skin is altered, respects its balance, normal functioning and promotes skin regeneration, with cedar wood balls on its inside stimulants on the central nervous system, where it has a surprising antidepressant and calming effect, both on the limbic system, the center of emotions, and on the pineal gland, also responsible for the melatonin release. The scarf slipping on the skin with swings and infills, as well as facilitating the circulation, gives a pleasant sensation and helps to “drive away bad thoughts”.
I graduated as an Esthetician in 1999 and immediately started ACCADEMIA DIBI in Bergamo, then in 2010 I continued my studies at LAKSHMI ACADEMY in Verona and at the METHOD BENESSERE school in Riva del Garda.
