Nicolae Prip, Romania
Latest Massage Therapist participating at the 9th World Massage Championship is Nicolae Prip from Romania. The IMA has asked him to tell about himself and his massage:
My name is Nicolae Prip and I am proud to represent Romania at this year’s World Massage Championship.
My professional journey began in 2006 and has been driven by a constant desire to grow, learn, and innovate. Along the way, I completed advanced specialization programs, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, and a Master’s Degree in Recovery and Rehabilitation.
Today, I live and work in Cyprus, where I teach and manage my own massage and recovery center. Every client who walks through my door presents a new challenge, a new lesson, and a new opportunity to make a positive difference.
My philosophy is built on integrating the best of Eastern and Western therapeutic traditions. This philosophy eventually led me to develop Thaishiyu, my own manual therapy method, designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, release tension, and promote holistic recovery.
Being here is both an honor and a privilege. While competition motivates us to excel, what truly makes this event special is the opportunity to share knowledge, build friendships, and elevate our profession together.
I am grateful to IMA for creating this incredible platform and bringing together some of the most talented therapists in the world.
I wish for everyone an inspiring Championship and look forward to meeting each of you.
