The seminar is led by a member of the Association of Massage Therapists and Rehabilitators of Moldova, esthetician, cosmetologist, spa therapist, taping specialist, winner of multiple international massage championships, judge of the International Eurasian Championship in Massage and Cosmetology 2019 – Agnessa Ludvigovna Chessaeva.

Rita Murauskiene is a massage and wellness therapist, winner of Denmark and international massage championships, IMA (International Massage Association) teacher and judge of the World Massage championship, European Massage championship and other championships, one of organizers of the Baltic massage championship in Lithuania and an ambassador of the World Wellness Weekend in Denmark.

Courses Description:

1-day facial massage course “Muscles of beauty and health”

Muscle spasms are caused by chronic tension in a specific muscle or group of muscles. The cause may be trauma, a sedentary lifestyle, poor posture or psychosomatics.

You can eliminate spasms with the help of manual correction of the body and face.

There are 29 bones of the skull and about 100 muscles that are in constant motion on the face and neck. This is an incredibly complex design, which determines the individual facial features.

But with age, changes occur in this system: muscles atrophy and dry, capillaries spasm, and even the shape of the skull changes.

How is posture related, for example, to the skin of the face? Very simple. The condition of the skin depends on the internal processes that continuously flow in the human body. But nutrition, oxygen supply, lymph flow, necessary for this, pass through the vessels of the cervical region.

However, there are some simple ways to prevent the development of such a situation, we will analyze them at our seminar.

The purpose of the seminar: to study the mechanics of the muscles that affect the beauty of the face and body. We will unlock blocked muscles and return them to working condition. Additional we will work with the methods of unloading and maintaining the quality and elasticity of a given structure.

2 days massage course – “Modeling of the body layer-by-layer”

Summary of the seminar “Modeling of the body layer-by-layer”:

1. Let’s recall anatomy.

Briefly about the muscles, the lymphatic system, the zones of attachment of muscles that create tension.

2. Methods for unblocking stress zones through biomechanical action.

3. Combination of several techniques in body sculpting (lymphatic drainage, myofascial, lifting) allows you to get the effect without pain in a short period of time.

At this seminar, we will study several methods for releasing blocks, spasms, tension zones; we will add to our knowledge methods for removing edema, releasing tissues from lymphostasis, fluid stagnation; how to relax tense body structures; how to tighten, smooth out, harmonize the skin and subcutaneous fat.

These techniques will allow you to quickly and efficiently obtain therapeutic and aesthetic results in your work. Mastering these techniques will ensure you a stable flow of clients.

After training, you will receive a certificate confirming the completion of the seminar.

Jeg mødte Jeppe Tengbjerg for første gang ved det første World Massage Championship i 2017.
