Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the World Championship in Massage is Jessie Breard from France. The International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:

My name is Jessie Breard, I represent France. I come from Normandy, precisely from Evreux. I am 38 years old. I’m a traveler, a lover of life, a passionate.

I started my professional career in finance. I was already passionate about massage, and particularly about human body. It was in 2015 that I chose to make it my job. Since that day, massage and teaching are my vocations. I studied massage in various countries (Nepal, Thailand, Mexico, Swiss…), differents cultures that inspire each of my massages.

The common point between my different professional careers is my passion for the human.

I have learned many massages (thai massage, deep tissue, californian, lomi-lomi, swedish, emotional, chie nei tsang, tok sen, cupping, korean relaxation…) but I don’t practice any of them. Each of my massages draws its techniques from this toolbox mixing inspirations.

For me, the most beautiful technique in massage and knowing how to be before knowing how to do.

En 2022, I created a wellness clinic with several specialists. It was a dream, to create a place to repair the human body.

My areas of intervention are sports, convalescence and emotional.

The convalescent massage is my signature. From my story, I wanted to create a massage for the client in his recovery, whether physical or psychological.

I am happy to share this event with other passionate massages therapists.

I have attended the IMA World massage Champs since 2017, it’s a must in the June calendar each year. Go visit or compete!! Copenhagen is a great City break aswell.
