Latest Massage Therapist signing up for the 7th World Championship hosted by IMA is Eva Todavčičová from Slovakia. The International Massage Association has asked her to tell about herself:
My name is Eva Todavčičová, 34 years old and I come from Slovakia.
I became interested in massages ten years ago, but I’m active for the past year, since I opened my own massage studio.
While traveling in Nepal, I became fascinated in traditional Nepali massage because of its effectiveness.
In Nepali culture, the role of oil (especially mustard oil) massagers is significant during the postpartum and postnatal care of new mothers and their babies. In recent years, the benefits of this age-old tradition has also been backed by medical research. (https://tkpo.st/2SIly7j)
Nepali massage can be very beneficial to lessen bodily pain, reinstate physical strength, relieve stress and improve sleep, also it is a rejuvenating therapy- is the golden way to attain longevity.
This massage is very gentle and deeply relaxing. That’s why this massage inspired me.
l’ve learned this technik in Nepal and I am constantly learning, developing and discovering this amazing massage and its beneficial effects again and again.
Through this massage you can also experience the nepalitraditional cultur and the mystical energy of this wonderful land of Himalayas.
Not many people know about Nepali massage, but i think it’s time to change that.
That’s why I chose the category.:
- Free style massage (Eastern inspired).
and my second category is:
- Wellness massage
