Latest Massage Therapist to register for the World Championship in Massage is Erica Argano from Italy. The IMA has asked her to tell about herself.

Hi, I’m Erica Argano, I’m 35 years old and I’m from Italy, near Rome.

I first found my love for massage when I was 15. After the diploma of beautician I started to work in “no stress” spa in Rome. At the time I decided to take two courses in massage at the CSEN, holistic and sport massage.

I continued to study over the years. I attended several Italian schools of massage as Silvestrini Accademy , Italian Massage Training by Stefano De Michino,DreamMassage by Stefano Serra, Anna Baroni ‘s Annabel school,School of reflexology method torri cianci.

Today I’m the founder and director of the Massage Clinic and co-founder of Fisiofast

At IMA World Championship in Massage I’m gonna show you my Hug Massage. It’s an emotional holistic massage, it’s look like an HugTherapy, with a combination of oriental and western techniques.

With my Hug Massage I want to create an emotional experience that connected mind, body and emotions in order to rebalance the vital energy. The hug massage acts on the blood circulation and lymph flow. It’s most important function is to reinforce the immune system, improve the sleep quality,mobilizes joints and reduces muscle tension.
